The conference room provides spectacular views over the Cumberland Plain woodlands, the finals concourse and finals range through two floor-to-ceiling feature windows.

It is an excellent facility to hold social functions, business meetings, training conferences and seminars. During Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, international computer and software company IBM used the conference room to receive and transmit all competition sports information on the relevant range activities.

The room is a spacious eight-metres x 13-metres and is fully carpeted. It has a capacity to seat 70 and 100 standing.

Resources provided include whiteboard, overhead projector, data projector, screen or light coloured wall, TV, video and DVD player.
